Congrats Anthony!! Not an easy job, I retired from driving a bus for the MBTA in Boston after 24 years, 44 years is incredible and I'm glad you still look so young too.
Definitely not the words of a bus driver from the MTA driving through the 5 boroughs. Their routes are like tour of duties in Iraq or Ukraine. Bless this man for choosing a bus company and routes where people do not act like savages just because they cannot afford their own car.
But the bee line Westchester bus routes are much longer than your mta NYC routes, even Nassau county and Suffolk county bus routes! In Atlanta Georgia bus routes are much longer
I’ve never taken Liberty Lines but that is really respectable. The memories and things have seen! Stories to tell for sure. Thank you for your service. Thank you for rides you’ve given. People may have been on your bus to see a loved one, nervous for a job interview, so many experiences. Thank you sir.
@@jmfia2391 I know that lol You misunderstood what I said I was pointing out the fact that that OP meant that he does not look his age and therefore commented "44 years as a driver and he's only 32 years old" which you also misunderstood. Fool
It's one of those service sector jobs where you have to be very sociable, even during the toughest situations. Dealing with people is not easy and he seems to have found how to not make enemies.
Look at how young he looks. He didn’t become a bus driver for the money it’s what he wanted to do and loved doing. He probably added another 20 years on his life by just following his passion.
forget it he's going to retire for no more than a year. after which he's going to go back to driving.doing one thing for 44 years he's going to get bored with his retire life. on top of that he'll be thinking he could use the extra money for things like food, utilities, etc.
Congraulation to you. I can't imagine how many people you transported in your 44 yr plus the miles. Most Bus Drivers are very humble sweet men. God Bless and enjoy every waking moment.
As a liberty lines driver also respect to you did not even know 10 years in and 10 to go God willing riders are getting crazy and people are driving even worst aka cell phone era
Omg, Congrats and Great 👍 for all your Service!!!.. Now, it's time to relax and enjoy Life to the fullest!... By the way, is he married? I would like to get to know him and enjoy Life together...Ummmm...
I dont know how people can work all there lives 😕 You only live one time. 44 years x 8hr = 10 years at work. 10 Years you could have been traveling, you already spend 30 Years Asleep (if you live to be 90)
Not everyone wants to travel tho? For example I really enjoy just staying where I'm familiar with. Sure theres some things I do want to see and take vacations to do so but most of the time just being where I'm familiar is more then fine.
Where've you been, Henry? TV news does fluff pieces like this all the time. That being said, it is a nice story. You're just butthurt because this guy has a nice life while yours is miserable.
