Thank you so much....I can resonate with trauma and coming out the other end ..I have been through many a dark night of the soul....and I have as a therapist helped people through trauma for 30 years so it is absolutely normal for empaths to absolutely overthink and neglect ourselves because the hurt is so bad we would rather help others so they never have to feel the same BUT we do have to invest in ourselves before it's too late..when we are in a state of gratitude self love and balance other's will vibe off it anyway. I got teary listening to you today *my familiar who is currently in the vets fighting for her life* has totally broke me....I am numb ...I can't function...and all the people I love have wrapped thier arms around me in support. You was talking about my son's father he's an alcoholic he drinks he found out he had liver disease and colon cancer and he's an Aries ♈ he ended our relationship after 16 years because I stopped giving him money and I was tired of just having sex with him when I know there is more to life than sex. And he's 45 years old and he's to step up and help me take care of our son and take care of his self as well. You are very beautiful and smart and you speak facts and real truth in life. And I'm at a point in my life where my mom passed away last year on hospice care on August 10 2023 and my father is in heaven as well. And my job is coming to an end at the end of the month as well. And I'm 36 years old and it's me and my son who is 5 years old and I don't know what to do with my life and I'm so lost and confused. And with my son being at school now I just feel so lonely and lost. Please keep me in your prayers and help me to figure what I should do with my life because I just miss my mom and wish I could be with my parents again. Thank you for being you sweetie. I have some good news I had a doctor appointment yesterday and my A1C was 9.9 but it came down to 7.6 and I was at 209 but I'm now at 197 I lost 12 lbs so the doctor was very proud of me and I'm proud of myself as well. And now I have my diabetes under control. I was very surprised when my doctor told me the good news. Just wanted to share that with you sweetheart because of you and my son I'm starting to take better care of myself as well. 💜🙏🌹
