Library Instruction for Transfer Success - Partner Institutions 

This video is for Partner Institutions that have students that might transfer to UNF, specifically addressed to the Partner Librarians. University of North Florida Librarians recognize that there are different learning environments between colleges and universities and these differences may act as a barrier and cause transfer shock for new transfer students. Even library services are provided in different ways. UNF librarians are here to help make this transitional stage seamless for students leaving one institution for at the University of North Florida. Enter Library Instruction for Transfer Success (LIFTS). Here at the Thomas G. Carpenter Library, the instruction team has formed a group of volunteer librarians called the LIFTS squad. We are here to ease transfer shock and retain students through graduation. This video describes a few of the ways that this team of Librarians are willing to help Florida transfer students attain success.
