@@alexanderchon9058 Angelica is shown to be more fragile than Roland in that regard. When Angelica is killed first in Black Silence fight, he goes on a rampage and becomes more powerful while she gets nerfed hard if Roland dies instead. She probably wouldn't take the aftermath of her death well.

@@notmitsukiyololI mean,yeah When with this mod any nugget equips Black silence gloves they TRANSFORM into Angelica but for obvious reasons retain their normal dialogue lines and such Just a simple shell and fake out pretty much Roland still gets synergy with said nugget tho so thats cool(Pages cost decrease and also power on her death, while Angelica nugget on Roland death gets debuff such as random clashing with wrong dices and such)
oh god its even sadder if it truly was the real angelica (or some sephirot esque shenanigans) with roland not even allowing himself to feel happy due to his own guilt and regret
@@larsthememelord3383 Well, as i said With this mod Roland gets his own key page where he is just using Durandal and if he and Angelica nugget are in same team then if Angelica nugget dies Roland gets power boost while if Roland dies Angelica nugget gets huge debuffs
Angelica in this mod is so much better than vanilla Roland that there's no reason to ever give him that page back. She actually has good page draw and decent light economy to not be completely dependent on Lies and passives from other pages like Easygoing Breather and Raging Torrent, plus her enhanced pages get really dumb, as if Crystal Atelier wasn't already godly.
@@HomieBoney I mean she WAS a Color while Roland was Grade 1, but he is no slouch either given how he punked a whole Finger and holds his own against Argalia for a whole week.
@@anothenblue2630 Roland has to be around Color level at least for him to defeat Argalia twice. The game further supports that with The Purple Tear in his memory pages being stabbed by him. So either he became Color level after The Pianist or some time before when he and Angelica were going to retire.
@@TheEvilLordExdeath Argalia isn't known for battle prowess, he's more of a charisma dumper, but he does hold him off for a week even with the guy distorted and all.
Imagine Roland was actually mistaken and the corpse he found wasn’t his wife, and instead because of her being pregnant and knowing of the danger she went somewhere save and is still alive
Here in 24:38, is it feature that there was no sound/sfx on some of the combat animations when using verdriet or is it a bug? (especially on the last parts of the combat animation) I do hope that it is a feature cuz it looked like angelica's attacks where so fast that it didnt make a sound. This would explain why Angelica's Color name is Black "Silence", a fixer who not only is Silent when mingling or working with other fixers but is also Silent in fighting and drawing her weapons (thanks to her augmented gloves)

So its uh(he might use durandal 90% of the time) 1 downward slash(durandal) followed by a upward one 1 vertical slash, wrong sfx game 1 bonk from hammer(name is too long) 1 BIG downward slash and a horizontal slash right after AGAIN WITH THE BIG SLASH. BRUH BONK(hammer) 1 crystal atelier slash(finally its normal) correct me if im wrong about the boss furioso lollang is lazy with his boss furioso huh. 6 DURANDAL USES with 2 HAMMERS and ONE DUAL BLADES FOR NO REASON
@@skell6134 4 Trigrams is just better in general. The 1 power boost of Blade Unlocked doesn't matter because at that point, they're all massively debuffed anyways. Trigrams allows for extra draw, damage reduction, and even emergency strength, which is much better and more flexible than a delayed power boost. Also, its impact earlier on is much more significant (and available) than Blade Unlocked. Blade Unlocked is a good passive for BS pages, but Trigrams works better for solos here.
@@Niiue Thing is that Angelica have 0 problems with page draw unlike Roland and her only problem is lack of power because she doesnt have Durandal . -. So for me Locked potential just works much better

Why doesn't Roland just ask Angela to bring Angelica back using the same way they did the red mist? They aren't exactly obligated to get the books when they are invited to the library, i bet she'd be invited in by the book of the distortions and the blue reverberation 🤔 game wouldn't even need to do much, get Angelica back then Angela can still get her human body and fuck up the city as she pleases
If we're speaking in actual lore terms the libary is dead now but however she couldn't just bring angelica back since argalia was guarding the L corp remains and the pianist and also roland didn't want her to find out more about his wife since that would've ruined his plan and also that's just morally messed up even angela barely agreed with bringing kali back to lure in argalia so yes she could bring back amgelica but it wouldn't exactly make sense for the story
