What's your point? I don't like the plate readers but there is nothing unconstitutional or illegal about it. You have no expectation of privacy to your license plate and anyone can obtain the records at the DMV.
This helps takes individuals off the road that don't need to be there. If you have nothing to hide then why worry. These tag readers have taken suspects off the streets that were wanted for rapes murders and other serious crimes so if it helps keep you safe why the complaining?
How is this entrapment? Entrapment would be if a cop told you to speed then pulling you over and issued a citation. If you are freely traveling under your own free will and they get a plate hit... it's perfectly legal. Does it suck? Of course... but it's legal.
#tip of the day All u have to do is put a glass cover over ur plate and the camera is useless infra red light cannot travel thru glass 😊 and the swine will b none the wiser
