Lichess.org
is a free/libre, open-source chess server powered by volunteers and donations.
Today, Lichess users play more than five million games every day. Lichess is one of the most popular chess websites in the world while remaining 100% free.
Despite Lichess's humble origins, playing a chess game is far from the only thing you can do on Lichess. After finishing a game, you can request computer analysis using the latest Stockfish chess engine and learn from your mistakes or compare your game against a massive database of chess masters' games. You can watch top players battle it out live and discuss the game with your friends; even World Champions play on Lichess! Players wishing to improve can hire a coach and use real-time collaborative "studies" to share games, positions, annotated variations and chat.
Chess.com
is an internet chess server and social networking website. The site has a freemium model in which some features are available for free, and others are available for accounts with subscriptions. Live online chess can be played against other users in daily, rapid, blitz or bullet time controls, with a number of chess variants available. Chess versus a chess engine, computer analysis, chess puzzles and teaching resources are offered.
Chess.com has hosted online tournaments including Titled Tuesdays, the PRO Chess League, the Speed Chess Championships, PogChamps, Online Chess Olympiads and computer vs. computer events.

Lichess doesn’t have its own bot, it’s literally Stockfish 8

Fairy-Stockfish 14, level 8. The development of the Fairy-Stockfish engine started in 2018 by Fabian Fichter based on Stockfish after previous experiments with more specialized Stockfish chess variant forks that lead to the idea of creating a more generic engine with easy extensibility but still using the powerful Stockfish engine as a basis. Over time it became the strongest chess variant engine in a large variety of games, especially after the advent of NNUE, and is now powering analysis and play against the computer on several chess variant websites, such as lichess.org and pychess.org.
