Removing the console lid on my Buick LaCrosse to be reupholstered. This works on the second generation and maybe the newer ones too. This is the only way that I’ve done it. Just be careful while unsnapping trim pieces. You actually have to remove the upper 4 bolts and not the 5th one. #consolelid #armrest #buicklacrosse #buick #lacrosse

I need to know how to get to the old blind cover if it is pushed so far back into the tract that it is blocking the new blind cover from opening up all the way?

One of the tracks will have to be removed to allow for the old one to fall out.

You will start with the plastic pry tool so you don’t break the plastics. The trim around the shifter pops out first to get access to the screws below. The rear vent plastic pops out and it’s three screws there that needs to be removed
