There are few other minor nerfs to frames - 2.4 - Went from +8f to +4f on hit. b+3+4 3,1 - went from natural to counter hit string (should have been like this from start) b+3+4 f(tiger stance) 4 - Knock down low went from -12 to -13 Overall she's been hit pretty hard with Nerfs.

i feel like a clown having so much of my main's damage nerfed when akuma and geese are out there doing 100 - 0 hp combos with only 1 wall splat. I guess harada has been losing to some lidia player or something
I played Lidia a lot. Imo it's a great change. She was intended to go for a 3,2 after a side step in the first place as advertised in the first gameplay trailer of her. However ss4 is so easy to execute that the player never goes for ss 3,2 even though the move gives better damage. Now I have to choose between an easy and consistent option and a harder one that gives a much bigger reward. If you don't like it just play another character. Lidia was for scrubs. Now the character is starting to get some substance to her gameplay.

@@LesserCheshire Not every move, though. Lidia's stances are interruptible, so if she manages to get into her stance, she should deserve to have some safe options and track some of her moves.

Basically all of those changes is acceptable, but imo the Hellsweep reach nerf anf her ff1+2 clean hit removal should not have happened imo, she don't had any good low but this one, now with that nerf it's pretty bad and her ff1+2 are dealing kinda little damage for a pretty punishable move.
@@IAMOP Not talking about the sweep. There is ff1+2(damage nerf), f4,3,4(more recover on whiff and block on the last hit), WS1,4(now -13). Those moves also got nerfed. Edit: Oh, and SW 1,3 not being a natural combo anymore
The clean hit on red tape is not d only nerf for that move. On knockdown she used to be -10 now shes -12 or -13 i think on hit.. no room for any sort of oki or setup
They should gut Feng and Zafina like they did other dlc's.......as for akuma at this point I think they have some sort of legal obligation to keep him as a God of tekken, so no hope here

She got nerfed too much imo it doesn’t make sense that f2 4 doesn’t wallsplat even at the wall the animation feels weird its like the wall is lava and the character tries to avoid it at all cost, its too forced
I feel you man this patch just made me drop her completely she was my main smh. the only thing I think that needed to be was her back 3 that was hella spammable and hard to punish most of the time. Imo she’s not even top tier she’s mid top tier to me

They nerfed her so bad, yet left Leo doing all those physically impossible combos, and wall to wall carries, this is more like an imbalance patch lmao.
@@a3lorenzo well, she's worth using now and takes more skill to play, when before she was an easier way to possibly win. Ironically she's the new Bob, cause they nerfed the life out of him to a point I believe he's B tier. Now lidia is before the patch Bob, which is still mid A tier. And if she still has her range, she high A tier. I literally won't ever use Bob again, because he literally has no advantages on block or on hit. Has the same trash range, but they slightly buff his jab tracking, which doesn't help, since his fastest mid move after plus is b2. It tracks only a little bit, but if y out side walk it to his right side, you get to his back with literally any character. Just be glad you aren't a Bob main. Luckily I main law, who is thankfully buffed. And I have 5 other characters that are slightly on par with my mains. So I'm good, a bit.

i don't understand these types of nerf decisions. Yes, she needed some nerfs but they killed everything fun and unique about her gameplay, now her gameplay really has no concept at all, don't know how you're supposed to play her now
Thank god they nerf her. People have been whinning about Akuma/Geese/Fahk for a long time and completely forgot that Lidia has the highest winrate by a landslide.
Actually last I checked Gigas had the highest win rate. Before that was ganryu for a time I believe but Gigas has had the highest percentage for the majority of the game's life cycle. Which was there reasoning of nerfing him in s2 which was some bs

It was fine the nerf for her hellsweep and political storm but dude, the patch was mostly about lidia and fakhumram nerfs, and akuma or devil jin? Fine thanks, what was the point of they werent touched in the last patch? Marking their supremacy? Im glad some middle tiers got buffs since i main a lot of them but honestly that wont change much if la creme de la creme is still up there moking us for not being touched other to add the new mechanic
You guys do know the developers make DLC too OP on release and then after some time they nerf the characters to what it was intended to be just to make it feel like an "update" even tho barely any new content was given. Stop being played into the system
As a Lidia main think the most impactful change for me was her unblockable wall splat and sidestep counter/launcher hit 4 other then that I think she still broken AF but I’m really sad about her side step launcher would use that into sweep mix up.

@@maddinkn her 50/50 game is still strong during cat stance and her ff2 still has a lot of pressure to catch them off guard when CH. Almost forgot she has a magic 4 still. They could of removed her magic 4 like other characters “cough cough” fakurham. Jin's WS3 has the new mechanic now, so it got nerfed because It's not as + as before, the pushback increased, which is bad and It's no longer a counter hit launcher
Jin got no real proper nerfs, which is unbelievable. He is undoubtedly the best mishima now. Devil Jin got hit very hard but still good regardless... Kazuya and Hei are same really, they've never been as good as Jin anyway.
@@DreadPyke Well I never cosidered Jin to be a mishima. Jin may be good in general, but there are a lot of characters who outshine him. And now there is gonna be even less Jins at tournaments. A lot of Jin mains already stopped playing because of Season 3 nerfs. If there is gonna be more of that, as you suggest, then Jin mains are going to dissapear for good.
@@BlueGangsta_MX Jin is only going to be more prominent now though. This nerf isn't a core jin move, Jin still has magic 4 as his go-to homing. Think about it, all the top characters that the world's top Jins used to struggle againnst are now MUCH weaker. Devilster said he always struggled against Pakistani Geese lockdown, now that's alot less oppressive. Similarly Book no longer has to worry about Fahk/Geese either, his main kryptonites. You have to look at the bigger picture here. Jin came out relatively unscathed in a patch that gutted alot of top tiers (except f*cking akuma). Similarly Steve and Bryan got through relatively unscathed too.
