Thank you so much for this video. I never shop in Lidl, but after watching this I thought I would give my local Lidi in Dover, Kent a try. I wasn't expecting much but they had loads of goodies, I definitely wasn't disappointed!

I went to my nearest Lidl today which is Stocksbridge, Sheffield & as Jason quite rightly pointed out, it’s definitely a postcode lottery. It was just like veganuary there but with less choice! There was very little left too but did manage to bag the Taylor’s crisps and a pack of stuffed pasta. In better news they’re doing Greek week again from 25 April! Yay 🎉🌱❤️

Thanks lovelies! Your Lidl seemed to have more variety and stock. Well done on the lesser spotted Marble cake. So many ideas in meat free week, and thank you for the heads up, you've got to be fast!. Good to see the wines clearly marked. I picked up a Potato Tortilla in Kilmarnock store. The magazine showing the Greek Tinned beans next week...😺💙💛

We're so jelly over here in the US of your vegan choices in the UK! We're lucky if there's anything vegan in the prepared foods at all, and it's super rare for anything to be marked as vegan

Until the cost of living crisis I'd never shopped in Lidl! But I love it now for staples like breakfast cereal, seeds, nuts, and their own brand nakd bars 🛒

We’re off to Lidl tomorrow for bits and things - so chuffed they’ve got Taylor’s Crisps back in (formerly Mackies). They’re the best crisps out there. Also they’ve changed the recipe for their steak bakes- used to be a reg here but not anymore. Why can they leave a great thing alone?? 🤦‍♀️

I was pleased to see most items available, but I said to the cashier at Lidl that once the meat free week is over , Liz and I would have to hibernate again or go back to eating dust , twigs and things 😅

Have tried not to go crazy, but I miss so many of the lidl vegan week items when they go! Big faves are the chocolate hazelnut spread, the smoked tofu and the frozen pizzas. I didn't like cheese on pizza very much even before going vegan, so really grateful for vegan options without!

Went to Lidl managed to get a few bits in time I had got the Linda McCartney pies and Vegetarian sausages and also the courgette and bulgur meal to try sometime, still had a few bits lots of nuggets there like you had, lots of reduced products from the Meat free week, also so many garden items in store now

Lidl in my town in Germany are sadly not easily accessible by public transport from where I am So I only go occasionally like twice a year!

Went to my nearest Lidil oh my word it was full of stuff I'd never seen before, spent nearly £25,its usually dreadful for vegan food, shame they cant have this amount of vegan stock all year round.

thanks for the inspiration, im going lidl this weekend when paid to have a look at these bits! them tomato sauce bite things look good, and they pasta filled things... i have them margheritta pizzas alot there so good! the sauce is tasty and vegan cheese nice creamy, dont overcook tho! haha anyway keep warm n dry

Hello, as a German, I have to say, we don't get that plethora of vegan gorgeousness! No silken tofu (which reminds me: have you made Jamie Oliver's vegan chocolate pots with silken tofu yet?), no block cheese, no sushi, none of those lovely desserts or bread spreads. Makes me so angry, since it is a German company. We get a much smaller range of the Vemondo items over here.

They do, but mostly it's just Greek week, Italian, American,... Even during Veganuary their range isn't nearly as extensive as yours. I'm so jealous! Every time I watch one of your Lid or Aldi videos I just can't believe how many products they have. And every time I send them an email asking them wtf, they promise to pass my complaint on and I never hear from them again. Well, I console myself by telling myself how many calories I'm saving while crying into salad. 😢
