Liebherr - Mobile Crane LTM 1750 operating at Cologne Cathedral

An impressive amount of team work went into this job complimented by the superb equipment provided by your firm. I don't think any of this could have been handled otherwise unless you literally took the scaffolding apart piece-by-piece and relayed it down to the ground by other means. It didn't hurt that the weather seemed to be co-operating fully with minimal wind conditions to contend with and no heavy foul weather wear needed by the crew.

I run a Liebherr every day and I hate operating anything else! You have it figured out, Liebherr... Keep up the great work!

Simply incredible

You have to commend the crane operator, a load that size and that close to the delicate building statues! And its that far from you eyes! That's when a good crane comes into its own as its less for the operator to worry about leaving them to fully concentrate on the load.

I have stood beside that Cathedral and it is a big structure for up and over in a very busy area! Great job big tractor for scaffolding though

Consider what the original builders of the cathedral accomplished without the modern cranes and 2way radios etc. What you see in the video pale into insignificance.

We have ltm 1500-8.1 and its so big this one is just a monster my dream to operate one day, I'm operating ltm 1500-8.1 its just small :'(

I wonder when they built the cathedral did they think about the maintenance in the future and needing a hook height of 92 metres to get up there to fix anything, only possible with a Liebherr 1750 crane...hmmm and I use to operate cranes.

Is there any training in liebherr Australia branch to learn how to operate this crane.
