About the ergo increase on Noblesse Oblige, it's explained in the item description, you can confirm it there. It says ''While battering enemies, it emits spores, increasing the Ergo acquisition rate.''
My personal favorite is the arche abby upper part- internal bridge. That one whisper enemy is right around the corner. 2 slam attacks with puppet string and fatal and he gors down, 1600 per, takes me 10 seconds maybe and he drops resplendent ergo and dim ergo crystal +700 And +5000 pretty commonly. As well as a bunch of other items. And you don't have to teleport back for the loading screen. So maybe 20 seconds total from the stargazer to the enemy and back
This location is by far the best so far. with Oblese, amulet and 2nd level on P-organ, I’m getting 1967 Ergo about every 30 seconds, not to mention the resplendent fragments and occasion chunk! Thanks for calling this out!
my fav grinding spot is from the opra house(where you fight the puppet king), you go from the lanter out the front of the opra house and basically go backwards back stabbing all the enemies until you are back at the lanter in the starting zone of that area you get about 7k or 8k per run not sure on the time it takes though so it might not be the fastest but its enough to buy 15 throwing bombs so its enough for me
I did that, too, then i went back to the inn at chapter five i guess, where that vendor is that sells all the throwables. Just put fire onto your grinder buff it, kill the 4 enemies in the room and get 1000 in 15 seconds and go back and again.
I also do the opera house. Still in NG, but it usually takes about 5 mins and exactly 6999 ergo per run just cleaning the entire thing out til it loops back.
Just farm the spider puppets and the little ones on the string around them after. 3000 ergo a run tight by a stargazer without any ergo enhancements. Takes me about 40 seconds a run and with ergo enhancements im rolling in ergo
since you need a total of 16,091,510 ergo for max level i will do the math for you guys. It would take a slight bit under 115 hours to get to max level starting from level 1. This is around 4.8 ish days
For those struggling with the Jester boss in the basement, focus on perfect block for the beginning of the fight (either with your weapon or Aegis). After a handful of perfect blocks you'll break one weapon, and then the next. This makes the fight MUCH easier to handle.
on my 2nd playthrough rn and the ergo gain on ng + is ridiculous specially when you pair it with the p organ and the amulet that boost ergo gain upon defeating an enemy
I was hoping there would be a better farming zone at endgame instead of this, i just reached the final boss and i just can't get past the 2nd phase since it's completely overtuned and broken. I'll have to grind to cheese it.
I felt the same way and ended up beating him by getting him to 40-50% in 2nd phase and then running away and spamming throwables. Just chuck everything at him but make sure to still dodge and run away. Hope it helps you.
I’ve been using the abbey archway broken lift stargazer as my ergo farm before you reach Laxatia. You take out 2 of the bigger decayed puppets which give you 850 ergo each and then take out about 7 smaller decayed soldier puppets along with like 5 decayed babies. It’s a pretty good farm that isn’t difficult to do at all if you use a fire buff.
@@ChrisDinwiddie22 yeah I started using it last night and I completely forgot to put the Ergo amulet on and I was still getting a significant amount quickly. The farm he mentions in this video is probably better but it’s definitely harder to do consistently. The one I mention is extremely easy and mindless. The farm is good enough to gain enough ergo to collect the items you need to fight a boss or even level up if need be. Those 2 big dudes are really good for practicing your perfect parries as well.
@@YureiOni they are great for learning to parry better. I even go up the latter sometimes and take out the big puppet for fun. He is super annoying though 😂😂 the collapsed street part has five of the big guys and one gunman in the building. Each of the big guys gives 490ish ergo I think and you can kill them in under 2 minutes.
upper part of the abbey (internal bridge), and the best. 22k kills 4 mobs in 30 seconds, with crystal drops ergo resplendent, and sometimes ergo eternals.
Couldn't you just run an early game chapter where you know the ergo drops without any of the p-organ upgrades or the amulets and see if it does increase ergo dropped?
Go back around through the shop there's 4 enemies to kill on ur way back to the stargazer ,and just have a maxed out flamberges and flamethrow em to death easiest "mini bosses" ever just use ur flamberges to explode ,2 times and they are dead before u can get 3rd off
One thing I hate about this game so much is that you loose so many damn ergo every time you get hit if you drop them literally just lost 32k off 3 hits 😐
The museum spawn kill the blocking puppets for 206×5 and both drill puppets for 740×2 i use the bone saw on the great sword handle 1 charge to break stance 1 light 1 charge poke for another stance break after a charge it should stun them for a fatal hit killing the drill
Here's a cool tip if you're having a hard time with the jester get some throw ables and have him chase u to the steps then just throw your stuff at him he won't go up the steps so u can kill him easy with no problem
Hmm, I kind of guessed this would be a good farming spot.. but at the time, my health and damage output were shit... now tho.... might do this as I have all the necessary items and equipment now...😁. Thanks!
I'm on NG++, so this could be worth over 6000 ergo for each giant. The fire puppet with the shovel in the swamp is good too since in can drop ergo chunks.
Not exactly sure why anyone would need yo farm ergo in this game. I am currently in NG++, Chapter V. And I am level 199 and never spent a single minute farming Ergo. I just used what I collected as playing the game. And I honestly feel I am overleveled for NG++, considering how easily I kill everything with my build.
@b77r5 I'm uploading my latest build right now. But my previous build is on my channel. I completed NG and NG+ using the exact same stuff. Just changed it now for NG++ and if anything I'm finding the game even easier with my current damage output being so high.
The boss weapon that increases ergo i believe is 20% increase i was getting 1500 from an enemy without it and i started using it now that enemy drops 1800 300 of 1500 is 20%
Yes weapon has to be equipped went from 9,536 to 10,500! Want to know what I’m farming I’m pulling the jester out the stair way in chapter 11 and letting the mobs kill him and resetting! This is on N+
I just got to this place in game on my new game++ playthrough and the farm is giving me less ergo on the playthrough like WTF? I also have both the weapon and amulet that boosts ergo intake? I also have all 3 ergo boosts from the p-organ upgrades?
@@Clapsy199 It's alright. I literally just beat him. I tried 4 times at the weekend and kept getting bodied. Took a break. Then on my first try today I managed to get him done.
What helps me beating him was switching weapons. I run the whole game until the puppet king with the starter weapon rapier and it was never a problem but i couldnt beat him. So i switched to the big saw blade with the handle who boost attacks and i beated him with this because i was have more block resist damage more stagger and more damage.and reach. I stayed with that blade until now just switched the handle later and now im in chapter 10. It was the hardest boss in game for me until now. I needed about 30-40 tries.
Did he say 2k a min? Thats impossihle.. he'd have to be going like negative mph to do that...i get 13k a min in Arche Abbey Entrance...plus the big monsyer at top of steps pays more then tho 2 monsters combined...super easy then use watch to go back to stargazer and repeaat...can get 130k 10 mins and i didnt even know about the weapon
I've been stuck on the nameless puppet so I did the real boy ending he's ridiculously hard plus I'm not a trophy Hunter because I really don't care about the trophies
Krat police baton's handle + Bone-cutting Saw = fast greatsword with the highest range possible. :P DIdn't know Noblesse Oblige boosts Ergo acquisition rate, tho...! Good to know.
Bro i had to use those corpses to bring his health down and after they died, i used all my items, i just could touch him. He's just constantly attacking and hard to read.
I can never understand why people even need to grind for souls/runes/ergo or whathever game calls it. I've played entire Elden Ring - over 150h game - without farming once and I didn't feel like I was underleveled. In Lies of P I didn't even buy single P-Organ boosting ergo drops, because I simply didn't feel that I need one. Did it make game harder? Maybe. Would buying one allow me to beat game faster? Probably. But why waste quartz on something that I don't see that useful for me, when I can buy something I will actually use. Not to mention that farming is simply boring as hell.
These farming videos are nice and all but this game doesn’t really give a crap about stat points. The damage upgrade on weapons are very negligible in terms of any notable difference as damage is also rng. Defense items are also negligible as the percentages are so minimal and most times extremely vague. Before I quit the game, my character was almost 80, weapons maxed as far as they can go for being at the end of ch6, and even with stats around 35-45 highest defense items, I still felt like I was only around liv 5-10 fighting most upper enemies. So yea, grinding for ego is absolutely useless to be honest. Over leveling is not a thing for this game.
Same here. It’s a good game, but it’s entirely too hard. On top of the issues you just mentioned, the biggest thing that irritated me was having to restart the entire level if I wanted to heal up. Like seriously? Wtf were they thinking.
Arche abbby upper part inside startgazer. you can get almost 3k by killing to fire exploder guys and one elite in just under a minute and the elite drops resplendent ergo fragments worth 700 each
Why not tell people to turn around because there are 11 enemies that come out to 2,390, I know I'm not the youtuber but like every video you put out on this game is not good advice.
