When the wrong person is deliberately put into prison by the system, the police/judges are really letting a murderer be free.

The people who put him in prison need to pay for the time he spent in there .

It's just awful 😞...my heart goes out to these men that end up doing time for nothing. It's something how the law can just lock you up under false imprisonment and when they have no choice but to let you out because you're innocent, then don't want to compensate you. I pray to God that these men don't give up and that God bless them in their journey of being or becoming free.💔🙏🏾

The judicial system in America is a joke. In Indianapolis judges are allowed to dismiss DNA evidence proving a persons innocence.

I never been to prison but have been wrongfully convicted twice.I want justice!!! JUDGES aren't God and makes mistakes. But THIER mistakes ruin your life.I want my life back.No record like I had before.I don't know if the judges were racist or just heartless.Seems a bit cold that you can't defend yourself or even use a recorder with the other party admitting they lied.I submitted a recorder to Randy Martin my lawyer at the Charles Brown Law firm to prove my innocence. And was told it was inadmissible in court because the guilty party didn't know they were being recorded and still walked away with a conviction. That's wrong the justice system has failed us.Its backwards, broken,And doesn't work.

One of many railroad jobs in Sikeston. Beautiful brother use to come by my club ,Sunset Social Club. I started hearing stories from the black community and seeing as well. So I opened my doors at my club to hear more. After one meeting on a Friday I was.opening for business an police officer walked in and gave me a notice that I had 30 days to shut down my business and they came and bulldoze d the building. Business from 1996- 2002. Made one call 911 when a guy fell out in my club.

Bitter pill to swallow when your life is taken away from you for something you didn't do.
