I have utmost respect for Chatung sir, but I don't feel she should expect or seek for support or any means of help from the government. It's clearly a mere exploitation of Chatung's name and reputation. A woman should be independant without defending on their spouse.

If there is a provision for it why not? It's better to give her rather than the cm sir cousin, bonta,bonti maternal uncle etc etc
