OMG, I just emailed you this morning from the US asking for another video, and boom one came this afternoon. THIS ONE WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! You looked so relaxed and happy and then you go and add Max. What a stupendous treat! You both had a very relaxed conversation and made some good health points and the rest was just two friends enjoying themselves. It was great to hear what Max and you are doing. I am proud to be able to sit in my home and watch two outstanding young men who have dreams and goals that I know you will both succeed in achieving. Unless Josh and Ollie have contracts with the boys I think it would be great for you to make a video like this one with all of the boys so we can all see what they are doing. What a great video! Max makes for a terrific guest for your channel. He's a breakout star from Jolly and Korean Englishman and helped to make rhe military series so worth watching. I found myself wanting to try a sausage roll which I've never tasted in my many trips to the UK.

It's always great to see Max, I admit I am one of those people who keep thinking of him as the little kid from school. And Ducky glad to know you moved to Canada, I supposed you moved to Toronto, I'm from Montreal in Québec, I've been to Toronto many times. Also I'm a little sad you won't be working with Josh and Ollie anymore Ducky, you will be missed but I'm glad that you're doing what makes you happy.

I absolutely love seeing Max and Armand. Watching through the eyes of all the younger men was pure joy. Seeing all of them take on all the new and exciting things they did.

Exercising to eat/eating and then "needing" to exercise can turn into an eating disorder, so please be careful. As someone who was in the military and experienced this 1st hand and witnessed it all around me, it's a real problem people can fall into trying to stay "healthy".
