As someone who has been journaling for... Decades... 😳😳😳 (Yikes!!!) Don't worry about gaps. You will be grateful in the future to be able to look back. You will learn things about yourself you can't learn any other way. 🙂

I also work from home and rarely go out, so i do similar journalling to yours. Sometimes, i even take a photo of the newscast showing an important world event or add newspaper cutouts: articles or caricatures ( the caricaturist in our local paper is awesome). I don't write as much as you, yet! 😂 great video!

Oh that's such a nice idea pasting in newspaper cutouts and artticles! I tend to avoid the news but that's totally a form of media journalling too - I love it. Haha my writing is just the result of my overthinking brain 😂 Thank you so much for your lovely comment!

Stumbled upon your video and your journal's really cute! It's okay if you don't have anything to write, just go with your flow and take it easy. :) Honestly, my advice if you guys are feeling lazy to write... take note on what happened on that specific day, and if you feel like writing, then put what you wrote. Or, you can just use bullet points, make a list and just put a small summary of what happened that day or what you felt. :] Might not be descriptive but at least, you still have a thought of what happened that specific day! Also, pictures are so good to put in spreads, bonus if you have washi tapes or stickers to decorate~ Just have fun and write down your thoughts! Make good memories writing down your day. :] Currently watching while I decorate my future spreads~

the cutout hack is so good! i have the same problem where im lazy to print photos cause i wanted to make sure i use the whole thing on the page so i dont journal cause i dont have pics, but this is such a good idea, as usual, will be stealing this idea haha. thanks for sharing always!

love seeing Sydneysiders on the journaling side of RU-vid 🫶🏻 I love the journal!! I also feel like I’d never be the type of person to have multiple journals but this has definitely opened my eyes to the possibility of creating a journal stack 🥹 thank you for the video!!

I love this video so much, your enthusiasm had me smiling the whole time. I do this sort of journaling in my daily pages of my cousin. I started doing it last year and have loved it so much. Second year doing it and hopefully will continue to for many more.

@@plannedbyjysla I journal daily but occasionally skip days and find different ways to fill up those pages. My favorite one is to just stick in a beautiful picture of something I’m currently enjoying or find inspiring.
