Very cool that battery might give you issues as many people had problems g8forum ,as the g8 do not like anything but oem for battery replacement.. ,good luck and great looking car.
Take your time and do some research. Some of the issues with the G8 can be fixed at home. For example, there is no factory transmission dipstick. You have to fill under the car. You was headed in the right direction. You need to get a scanner to see what codes the ECU is throwing so you know what you need to fix.
It is the sexxxy aint... i had a 06 gxp.. and f luved it.. had aftermarket trans.. cuz me dad blow put stock lol an had sum cheapskate muffs.. then he died.. i.got.. an blew up.. dropped a cyl.. big regrets i sold her.... i miss it/her so f much.. was great car.. times 10.. an this is jus better looking an prolly much more impressive.. im sad jealous as fuuuck.. but great car noce job hope u enjoy.. while im sad as f viewing lol sorry jus honest as f.. shit 2 dope!! @@AmbitionJay Haha yeah had the same problem from the break pressure sensor, and that damn light can’t be erased for some reason. Even with my $2k scan tool. Unless someone else knows, it happened after I got rid of the active fuel management bs. If I wanted a 4cyl I’d buy one haha.
@@FinneyGames_BBG I’m guessing you meant tire pressure sensor light? I haven’t been able to Remote start my G8 GT in like a year now, and I’m stuck with that light on lol. It would definitely be good to know if that’s why it’s not working anymore though, I just thought it was my key fob. Unless you meant the ABS fault light, I was able to get that to go away awhile back thankfully.
