Really resonated with this. As I get older, I clearly find myself wanting more and more solitude. I just like simple living, attending to daily chores, running a good kitchen, and finding cheap. easy, fun local activities; appreciating the small things and moments is something I always remember.

@@SIERRATREES absolutely 🙌 when we are younger we focus on external stuff, when we age we realise we need nothing like that anymore and appreciate the simple things that we can’t buy 🙌🖤

The more I know you, the more I like you. Such an interesting personality. Such a wise girl. I agree: you attract people like a magnet so I understand why you prefer make on line shopping instead of going to the shops. I have the same lamp you show at 16.15 😃 Thanks for sharing a part of your life and for the teachings. I send you a big hug, positive thoughts and a sea of affection.

I just found your channel and all I can say is WOW! I have a few decades on you. I am 69! You are a perfect younger version of myself. It feels good to watch you and listen to you. Your future is so bright because you are giving yourself this right now. All of you here...JUST BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND BE WHO YOU ARE! You can't be anyone else anyway. Slow down and do what resonates with you. Running around like a maniac only causes you to mis out on the whole point. I have always been an introvert but at the same time the person that walks into a room and everyone flocks to, and I leave with everyone numbers. Then I am always told..."I have never known anyone like you". I am a Gemini, and am definitely a twin to myself, but have always leaned heavily to the solitary side of myself. Its where I am myself and comfortable. I get up between 3-4 just to be in the silence. I spend many days totally alone and if I go out it is to take a walk out in the desert where I live with my dog. I am so glad I found your channel and am subbed and look forward to watching you grow more and more into your true self. A great book is "The Impersonal life" by Joseph Benner. I prefer to listen and there is a great version of it here on YT on a channel "Giving voice to the wisdom of ages. Just one of those life changing books written in 1900. Beautiful puppies btw.

SAME! I had no idea how introverted I actually am until noone was allowed to see me during lockdown - honestly never been so healthy as that summer! I lived alone for 3 years over that time then had to house share again after loosing my job in 2022. Working my way towards financial stability so when my housemate moves on, i can live alone again! 😊

i LOVED the covid dilemma as an introvert (i also have social anxiety). i've always been able to entertain myself as a kid being by myself for hours on end and never getting bored (i was more bored when i forced to socialize) so i just didn't understand why people got trauma from covid...like you literally can do wahtever you want BY YOURSELF, what's the problem?

@@Elena-Studio 💯 relate to you 🖤🙌 The thing is when you grow up society tells us to find friends and that we will find connecting and meaning with others, then you become an adult and go on this self discovery meaning when we realise that’s not what we want and what we should have been doing. It’s a full circle moment for sure.

Thank you so much for creating this incredible video💜 I'm one of the people who submitted questions, and I'm beyond grateful that you took the time to address them. There are so many layers to unpack here, and I found myself nodding along throughout. Your insights on how women bring a different energy to work, especially in leadership roles, really resonated with me. I've observed this in my own experiences and it's refreshing to hear it articulated so well. And your point about using headphones while food shopping due to sensory overload. It's a small detail, but it's so validating to know I'm not alone in this coping strategy. Your honesty and vulnerability in sharing your experiences are truly appreciated.

@@Emi-Wright this makes me so happy 🥺 I loved your questions and I wish I could break them down one by one but my video would have gone for an hour 😂 If you want to be courageous you have to be vulnerable, and if you want to be vulnerable you got to be courageous and you did that also by asking such insightful and deep questions 🖤

Really enjoyed this and how in-depth you go into your answers. I always thought to be an extrovert and nowadays I realize that that's more how people would see me. The more I go into my 30s, the more I feel the need of recharging after social gatherings. Also, what an interesting way of cutting apples :) Thank you for this. keep on keeping on!

Love this! I think most of us grew up thinking introversion and extroversion were personality but it's how we think and get energy etc. Simon Sinek taught me that in an interview once, he said I have an extroverted personality on the stage, but I need to be alone to gain energy. The people and the stage don't give me energy, being alone does.

Thank you for answering as many questions as you could! I'm glad that you've realised how much you're positively impacting others through your channel. I enjoyed listening to all of your answers, though in particular what informs your clothing and home style. We seem to share similar outlooks and I was around the same age as you when I felt really comfortable and grounded in my style. I too, dress differently and not for the sake of being contrair or to draw attention to myself, rather to follow and express what deeply resonates with me. As for my home, I dislike trends and hate most of the grey/white style that seems to be popular. I know there are many factors e.g., economic, social, cultural etc that influence style and I don't like to judge others, but I absolutely hate soulless, mass marketed & produced stuff that is often discarded as easily as it was purchased. Trial and error has taught me to take the time to purchase quality items e.g., I didn't purchase a set of draws for years and opted to fold my clothes in neat piles on the floor instead of settling for something less quality that I would be later regretful of. The planet is suffering due to "fast fashion" and this extends into what we purchase for our homes. So where possible, I want to limit and be selective around the consumption of goods. Have you watched StylelikeU here on RU-vid? To me, they represent true empowerment through finding unique personal style and their interviews are always interesting and uplifting. I also like B Jones style, as her outfits are often from OP shops, markets or vintage resellers. For interiors, my style and philosophy is similar to Carolin Winkler, Noah Daniel and Michelle Montana to name a few. Was lovely to see you out with your fur babies enjoying the morning. Looking forward to future uploads. ☺

@@kw9696 I love that you took the time to write all of this 🙌🖤 The age of minimalism, less is more, and the simplicity of life is a new phase of life I feel like we are all entering into. Stuff brings clutter and chaos, minimalism brings peace and organisation. I will check out those people on YT, personally I just read up on a lot of fengshui books and blogs to get the inspiration for less things and it’s crazy how much your mind can ease by letting go of “stuff”. In this video I threw away my awards which was a huge thing for me detaching from the status. I know I have accomplished that but I don’t need it in my home as a reminder. I came across a quote this week that said, the biggest thing stopping your progress was your last biggest success. Byyyeeee awards 😂

I really enjoyed this and found it easier to follow than the text on the screen. I’m at the beginning of my journey , getting to find out who I am. I’m 50. For the last 18 months I’ve been single - for the first time since the age of 16. Having been in a 25 year marriage, and then since that ended jumping from one relationship to another. My last relationship was with a man who I was with for 2 years and was mentally abusive. It happened for me. Although was the most horrid time of my life (worse than my marriage ending) it made me stop and address my issues. I’ve realised that I’m actually an introvert, I’ve found stuff that I like and connect to and have literally started a new life - alone. I’m lucky that I have children from my marriage and financial stability and now starting to fall in love with myself so feel no reason for a relationship which I know will end my inner peace. I’m learning everyday, more and more and videos such as yours just add to my tool kit. Is your podcast that you mentioned still live? X

Firstly the strength, courage and vulnerability to share this on here I am so proud and giving you an air hug! As a fellow survivor I love seeing us thrive and not just get stuck in survival model after a relationship like that. My needed up deleting my podcast because I was closing that chapter in my life, but I did do over 200 interviews with survivors which is crazy to me. I learned to much through them and about myself in that process. And it doesn't matter how old and what reason you are in, everyone can choose to reset and start over with discovering who they are and making changes if they don't like what they see or what doesn't feel aligned to them. Ps: thank you for the feedback on the videos 🖤

Covid was a blessing for me, providing a chance to rethink my life and its direction. While some people didn't use this time for introspection and struggled, I found it invaluable. Unfortunately, a friend became an alcoholic, impacting my small circle, and despite my efforts to help, I had to distance myself. I'm drawn to you because you're on a similar path of self-improvement and understanding. Unlike you, I haven't been meditating, even though it could benefit me. Right now, my focus is on building my business for the next few years. And slowly over the next few weeks, I will try to add in a group yoga or something similar so that I can schedule in some rest and body/mind health improvement I could say more, but less is more and I want to limit my output to try to improve the quality of what I communicate
