When I feel "stuck" and cannot get over a problem/issue/emotion that I have carried it around inside for too long (years sometimes), I have learned to ask "Please help me see this from a different view point. I'm not seeing what I need to do from my angle." Within a couple of days, I will come across something in a video, a book, or a person's comment that just makes me see the issue in a completely new way. It's awesome!
37 years ago I had a baby who had many medical problems. She had 14 surgeries in the first 8 years. Over & over again friends & family would ask me, "How do you do it?". "Do what?" I'd ask in reply. "Handle all that you're going through. With a smile on your face.". And I always replied, "The way I see it I have no choice I either take what's in front of me & make the best of it or I don't & don't is not an option".
Well;this is very strong message for me ,notably the "You can't start the next chapter of your life-if you keep re reading the last one..Something I have been working very hard at,and this message just clarified it for me ! Contact with the self. Our parents gave us encouragement to walk when we were tiny, but it was our own bodies that we tuned into to make it happen and of course natural instinct. 🎉

Feeling so stuck in retirement after 40 years of working! I don’t like this feeling at all! What am I gonna do bout it is the question. I start to do things and then I stop and am stuck again! I talk to spirit all the time, but I know it’s on me, and I know it’s easier than I think… praying I can get moving forward soon!
@@lynnnicholas8638 I don't know you so I can't say. However re "I talk to spirit all the time" I've found that at times when I have been "Very Spiritual" I get little progress in this world. I find the Taoist "man is heaven and earth in unity" a useful reminder. If I am say 100% "earth" I miss out on the bigger picture/higher vibes. Vice versa when all "heaven" I can be spacey and not get round to necessary shovelling sh1t, chopping wood, fetching water type thing and make no progress in this realm. Finally I do not believe this is a static balance one is after - I always see a motorbike going through mountain passes, sometimes leaning this way and sometimes that. So maybe try stuff your "unspiritual" friends or former colleagues would suggest. Gym, new hobbies, learn a craft, find new sheep to chase etc. Try "Not Being Spiritual" for a bit? If only as Einstein says failing and trying the same thing again is a little not wise (or better words lol). Also be patient with your body/mind - its been programmed to run round the hamster wheel for 40yrs now no wheel - no wonder its feeling a bit odd. HTH. Take the best and leave the rest!
Such good lessons. I often hear the words of some of your readings, to “Claim your Sovereign Self” and I love that. And I know it means looking at my fears, getting out of my comfort zone, and trying new things. And I’ve somehow shifted this year from being someone who felt fear and “stuckness”, to one who WANTS to experience, to step out, to explore and discover. So grateful for this. Thank you!

I truly love how you can deliver a bit of tough love but in such a nurturing way that one forgets the tough part ♥️ I do have a question if you happen to get around to it and don't mind though: ok so you said spirits sometimes wait a long time to incarnate on earth right? But there's no time on the other side, right? It's a concept I am getting lately a little hung up on. Do you have any insight into another way of looking at it?
