Wow, People in Kharkiv are beautiful. All they endured and still this F it mentality. They want the parks, the cafes everything to look the best, bc they know it can be the last day. Thats very touching and real humans.

I'm surprised at the number of modern facilities in Kharkiv and the degree to which everything is kept up. Kharkiv as a city isn't well known in the West, and we would generally assume that anywhere that close to Russia would be rather grim. But it looks very pleasant. I'm glad the young people still can enjoy it.

Ukraine flows through my veins (second generation Ukranian American). Thank you for going to Kharkiv and showing the world this glorious city.

There is a jerk of a you tuber called veteran biker who pulls up clips of Ukrainian night life and says this is why America shouldnt send money there since it will be used to fund night life. Ridiculous since people supporting the war or on front lines still need to enjoy their days off and try to live normal as possible

I am full of admiration for the people of Kharkiv (and Ukraine as a whole), who continue their lives, who make sure the parks look beautiful and still run cafes and have a social life. Thank you for showing us all this, Johnny.

Glad to see you spent some time there and not just in and out. It gives renewed strength and hope to Ukrainians to see that they are not alone in this or have been forgotten. Its certainly sad to see Kharkiv the way it is, but they try the best to get on with it, no choice. I'm back there myself tomorrow for a few days and then head down South. Not sure how old this video is, or if you are still in Kharkiv, but be good to have a cup of coffee one day. I'd love to see you spend a full year in Ukraine at present, I get that people need to travel to make content, but I think you can also get a great bounce and earn respect and trust from all sides by sticking it out for a full year, summer and winter and shake off that fly in, fly out opinion many have. It is your home now as you say, so build content around your home for a longer period, so much to tell, so many opportunities to show a lot more. Anyway just thoughts. Respect for going back to Kharkiv and sticking around for a while, gives people hope 👍👍

I believe the reason dubbing is so popular, still, is because reading subtitles is hard to do when I'm watching because I miss what is happening onscreen. Perhaps that is a me problem. I do occasionally watch subtitled movies & tv series but not often because it causes me to have a headache. I'm glad to see that normal life is going on. I'm also happy to see Ukraine's incursions into Russia. Perhaps the change in tactic will help.

You should do something to help the Military …. Every able bodied man in Ukraine. Foreign or Ukrainian should be doing something EVERYDAY to help with the war …. I don’t think it’s fair my family had to fight , I myself am comming from the the USA to help , but there are people making money and living the high life floating around Ukraine …. I know you have done things to help different orgs at times and that’s great but that should be EVERYDAY …. Not just sometimes. In order to win this war we need ALL HANDS ON DECK my friend 💯
