As a rule of thumb in canoeing: never ever put down the paddle. As long as you mantein the paddle in your hands, youll be able to stabilize. When you dont have the paddle you cant do nothing. Its easy to panic
@@mrbojangles9841 Well, yeah. He's not trying to kill cops & congressmen at an insurrection, nor is he crying and sobbing about losing a fair election. So, yes. He probably is.

Right I’m like look at him go. Sadly he took a tumble but gotta love seeing him living life and doing something that takes some effort. Sadly he falls though and Ofcourse the internet makes it into a meme. I can’t.
He has a really wholesome channel and community that documents his weight loss journey. Also he's started playing Minecraft and lemme tell you it's heartwarming. His channel is called The Mighty Del
Lets appreciate the fact that he's doing this and not just being a couch potato at home. I hope mans doing well today and have lost quite a bit of weight
Start counting the number of kind words & actions you actually see in your day-to-day life vs the number of unkind words & actions you actually see. Everytime someone lets a car in, holds a door, says "hi how are ya?," cheers someone up, sings happy birthday, says "I love you," gives a hug, calls a loved one, makes someone laugh, does a favor, has someone's back -- the amount of kindness in most people's lives staggeringly outnumbers the amount of unkindness in most people's lives. It's called negativity bias.
yes rumour has his that as he fell ... he farted and he had eaten McDonalds before so the fart smelt like a mcchicken burger with fries and ketchup .. but it was a hardcore smell and most of the fishes fainted smelling his fart .. rumour also has it that .. police came to rescue the fish and there were taken to the hospital .. the smell of his fart still is in the water and if you go down there... please let us know your experience
@@englishatheart we know exactly what it means, and this comment is just embracing the meme, we don't need "1st replies" like u bringing negativity, so back off, respectfully

For the record, as someone well-versed in paddling, I'm not sure I could roll a boat THAT smoothly on the first try. If you got to go over, that's how you do it!
@@LoneSolo23 most people flipping over a canoe or kayak freak out and sway the boat back and forth a bunch in a futile attempt to stay up. This man just rolls off into the void
@@LoneSolo23 adding on to what @Ethan was saying, panicking could also cause injury and ,or damage your kayak. I've seen many young campers (I'm a lifeguard )flip there kayaks and be unable to flip back over or get out of there kayak because of panic. As long as they don't panic they can flip there kayaks back over easily but many of the younger kids panic and get stuck under their kayak .
@@darthspock1188 He watch 3 surfing videos and 2 Kayaking videos then sold his old car and brought a kayak walked 3km (1.8 Miles) brought a kayak with his money while stopping in a McDonalds on the way then proceeded to find the nearest river and sadly drowned.
He tried to prevent himself from falling in when he wasnt even falling in. This escalated and resulted in him swimming with a monke. I am blessed to have watched this video. God bless you.
That’s great and all but unless he addresses whatever allowed him to get to that point he’ll gain it all back again, that is if he even continued trying to lose weight.
@@ElPajaroMosca Once you are not leptin intolerant anymore and get a feeling of hunger and being full again, you will have way more chance to not gain it back again, also the severe gain in life quality will result in absolute horror of becoming that big again. The ability to move again and do new sports will result in more exercise. If you gain weight movement becomes so stressful, that you less do it. If you lose weight, every new movement you can do results in motivation and "addiction" to use that new freedom. He will always struggle with putting on too much weight, but he would never gain weight to that point again, like you wouldn't go and lock yourself voluntarily up in a prison cell. People always tend to not differentiate between the levels of overweight. They see fat as fat but every 10 lbs / 5 kg make a huge impact and difference. And if he will gain weight again it's not that bad as long as it stops somewhere and he refuses to let himself go back to that point. It will always be a struggle but fighting between 220 and 270 lbs is something else than fighting this war at 500 lbs
I don't really get this line of thinking, kudos to a morbidly obese person for doing 8 seconds of exercise? It a long old road to getting that fat and unfit, doing a bit of exercise after that fact doesn't earn any kudos. Much the same as if you spend your whole life being a dick and you do one good thing it doesn't earn you any, or if you spend your entire life living off social security and then one day 30 years later get a job for a day. It doesn't mitigate everything before that point, so no kudos. Fat guy in a canoe, end of story.
@@pyrointeam thats a very long-winded answer which rambles a lot. Bottom line is the statistics show that 90% of people that lose a lot of weight will gain it all back. Overeating is emotional and mental. The percentage of people who are fat because of an actual genetic disorder is tiny.
My haters throw rocks at me and IT hurts. I hope they don't throw The Rock at me because I like him as an actor. GAGAGAGAGA!!! I am funny!!! I am the funniest RU-vidr EVAH! Please agree, dear lin
Most people just have to eat better and they would be fine....hes active enough that just a few months of a better diet would improve his energy levels and weight...and swimming is the best way to not put strain on knees, backs, and hips....keep it up bro.😊
No , Michael was able to drive his car into a lake i don't think it would do any good. Also , IDENTITY THEFT IS NOT A JOKE STRANGER! MILLIONS OF FAMILIES SUFFER EVERY YEAR!
Fun fact I just ripped ass real hard Lord. Have mercy. One day when I was a little kid I ate a crayon and I ripped it as all day. Problem was I was a catcher playing Little League in the umpire just kept on calling everything strikes cuz I kept on ripping ass and God damn it was bad
On one hand, massive respect for him getting out there and being active. On the other hand, maybe kayaking isn't the best option to start out with for someone who's 400lbs
@@boxingchamp5059 you're quite funny. with that preschool logic, you can't criticize movies, games, or anything that requires skill to create. it wasn't that good, it was just a fade in so it is quite easy to do
Aw shucks! 😢that looked like an unsuspected tumble 😅 just like life, I guess. Everything good comes unsuspected 😊even if it means drowning in a murky lake🤣🤣
