The way rebirthing is about to change legacy challenges for GOOD. Kayla could pick an heir from the beginning and keep rebirthing them back into the family. This is wild!!

Not just legacy challenges… the implications for 100 baby challenge where you only have 2 Matriarchs who trade off… The storytelling for Super Sim challenges where you can have a favorite Sim that was just casually played and then rebirth them into the ideal family with the story being they’ve rebirthed with this goal of becoming the ultimate super sim… HUGE. Also, I wanna know what happens when you rebirth, live life, then rebirth again.

I generally turn off aging and just play the same sim forever. The idea of using elderly sims is usually unappealing to me, but this Expansion Pack is really exciting. I am probably going to get it and change the way I play the game; all the extra stuff seems incredibly cool.

As a player who straddles the line, this is PERFECT! I like the children of my household to grow old and die, but I do like to play with one core sim I keep getting the potion of youth for as the generations continue. This is great, now I can actually allow them to die and just get rebirth instead a few generations down!

I've never once had my sim die from old age. I've always played with aging off. Now with the ghost and rebirth system, this changes everything!! I can't wait to die! Multiple times! 💀

I played the sims when I was a kid, but family would made me feel bad for playing... so after a long long time, I found your channel and been watching it all, learning how to build, the secrets, the rags to riches, it's been like a journey, I only got the base game and 2/3 packs they gave for free, and for the first time I feel super motivated to spend all of my sweet money on an expansion pack for this game, this trailer made me sooooo happy, it's amazing!!

I haven't seen one with my name but the main sim with blue hair in the first life or death trailer looks almost exactly like me. I didn't notice at first but my husband pointed it out when I showed it to him, and I was kinda shookith after that lol. I 'm honestly really happy about it now bc I can use it as my sim and just change a couple things to match me better.

I'm 99% sure that the voice actor for Grim is is Fred Tatasciore who also voices Soldier 76 in Overwatch. Which, if that is true it'd be so funny to think that Solder 76 became Reaper. At least, our reaper Grim, just a neat little irony to me.

I counted 13 deaths in the trailer. Not going to lie, when I saw that you can try for a baby with Grim, I cheered. During the Reaper's Rewards event, one of my Sims has been getting along really well with Grim and flirting with him and I keep getting frustrate I can't have them woohoo. I'm still going to wait to buy the pack until a lot of the inevitable bugs are ironed out, but that feature alone has sold the pack for me.

2:10 Makes sense that old age, fire and anger are the main causes. Cause that's normal generic playthrough death, common accident death and people farming fastest death cases in the fandom. 3:15 Kayla... We already had Woohoo in coffins, lol. 5:25 LETS GO, finally properly done ghost occult. We can only hope that they redo Aliens and Mermaids in the future. 23:23 New Challenge unlocked - rebirth in all canon households and "end" your parents and other family members. Easy Version - Base Game + L&D Townies. Perfect Version - finish every Sim from every expansion. Overwork Version - fill the houselholds with premade families from gallery (presumably Sims based on previous three Sims entries).

I am a simmer that either plays on long lifespan or has aging turned off. I do think these new features will encourage me to play with death more with the new ghost features and rebirth I can keep my favorite Sims around in different ways

So exciting, there's so much in this pack and features we've been begging for. This is so useful for every playthrough, and especially for legacy challenges. Great trailers and such transparency about the contents and gameplay. Can't wait to play with this, this pack adds entire new sections to our gameplay. Surprised Kayla didn't look at the new world, it's got 13 lots! Love it already.

I definitely feel like this will shake-up legacy challenges in a great way. Also short life will be more viable as you can rebirth and keep going for more traits. I have a feeling as long as this pack is not a buggy mess (which admittedly is a big if) this has potential to become a must-have pack

I can't wait to actually decorate my graves in a way that feels realistic. I'm on my 3rd generation of a legacy and every time a family sim dies, I put their grave on my home lot and decorate them like they were royalty. I can't wait to have an entire gravesite just for the family. I'm so excited and after the first trailer, I bought the pack. I've never been this excited for a pack before, but I only played for about a year so far so I'm excited.😊😊😊

There were 9 total death animations in the gameplay trailer, with a possible 10th at the very end, but that could’ve also been the raven just fighting a sim, like the chicken and such can do in cottage living

The way the trailer made it look, burning soul trait is awarded to sims who turned into ghosts, completed their bucket list, AND completed their ghostly bucket list. Guess it's mentioned in the "sim passed away" popup just in case your sim ate ambrosia afterwards.

I count 14 lots in this world. Grim headquarters; looks like maybe 3 community lots like bar, park, cemetery; and a bunch of residential lots. This is a nice size world.
