June to october. Unlike California which has a cold stream, french south-western coast, the temple of European surf, benefits from a warm stream. The sea can reach 27°C (80°F) in summer. With beach breaks mostly, some days are just heaven ^^
@@dje6429 Hum I'm from France and my brother is living near of Hossegor and ya, you're right French south-western coast benefits from a warm stream (Gulf-Stream) but the water temp in Hossegor doesn't exceed 25°C (77°F), average is around 22-23°C (71-74°F). We like to call this place the little french California, but personally I compare it more to the Australian Gold Coast.
