tavern swindler was the first combo i tried when i saw the new angel.You're the first other person i've seen do it. Gotta run giada with it tho so every angel comes out bigger. Cheers, nice deck.

In the first match you could have given first strike to elas il-kor to kill the vigilant creature. Also in the last match opp had to block amalia because otherwise elas il-kor would deal the 13th point of damage.

Exactly... Why would you go for exile while you can give first strike to your dead touch creature? I'm pretty sure he didn't do the math in the last match.

I was wondering if you'd tried Gumdrop. It's just a fun card to play and will get you 5hp gain pretty easily. I think it makes the deck much better but I'm bad at the game so...

Would have at least considered it I imagine. Part of the problem of being a content creator I've noticed from years of watching is, sometimes they get forced into avoiding using something because a bunch of other creators have already covered it or it's been "done to death." Poke around a bit and you'll see Gumdrop has been covered a fair bit already. Doesn't make it bad but might go somewhat to explain why he didn't pick it here. 🤷 Edit 5:45 mins in and he has one in hand. 🤦

I've had over 300 life with cleric, anim pakal, and couple roaming thrones. Like 1/100 games might get to pop off though

Hi Swayze - Im a big fan of your MTG content but I'm not a big fan of the music that was a background of this video. I think softer more mellow ambient would suit here better. This one was too "beaty" for my taste.
