Our lives can feel like a blur sometimes, a blur that leaves us disoriented and drained. Wars, confusion, and brokenness cover the headlines, mirroring the turmoil within our own lives - confusion, hurt, and the gnawing fear of the unknown. Exhaustion clings to us like a shroud.
But wait. As Isaiah flips the script in chapter 40, a message thunders for us too: Take heart! God is on the move!
As we also look up and behold the Lord in all His magnificent splendor, our wearied hearts are filled. Filled with comfort as we behold His glory, filled with stillness as we see His uniqueness, filled with renewal as we behold His greatness and filled with fearlessness as we truly understand His power!
Yes, this life is so painfully difficult. But we were never meant to face it alone. Come join us this weekend as we look up, beholding the Lord who is with us!
