Are you saying if somebody is not getting job/placed, then it’s a mistake of somebody from another state getting job? I could give a very detailed answer to this. But in a nutshell, no body takes anybody’s job. Companies are hiring people when they are staying at their home in their state and there are many freshers who have come to Blr because they are placed by the companies here for their talent/skills. No companies will go out to see who belongs to which state, they see the profile in the pool and they select for their skills. People apply to jobs available and that’s how they are migrating here(because they are hired for their skills) and because Bangalore has enormous opportunities which is the reason they are coming here. I would suggest, rather than blaming people for taking your jobs, work on your skills, stand out, develop soft skills, find ways to get placement assistance through institutes. I know market is slow right now but that’s not because of people but recession. I hope you would have understood. All the best with the job search, I am sure you’ll get soon.
@@smrititales companies do hire based on favoritism especially when hiring managers in Karnataka are from outside the state. I have seen HRs speaking in English to kannadigas but in hindi tamil telugu malayalam with candidates from other states. Go through other people's opinions on RU-vid and don't take only my point of view you will get clarity whether it's skill or if it's favouritism. Am not saying it's entirely favouritism but majority hiring happens tht way else why would kannadigas be so low in employee count or minority in the capital of the state inspite of Karnataka having so many engineering colleges?? So where have all those kannadigas gone? Does that mean that all or majority of kannadigas are lacking skills which you just highlighted?? Surely it's not a skill issue since underhiring of kannadigas has been happening since more than 10 to 20 years. Even in railways banks post offices we see hindi telugu tamil malayalam staff but not kannada staff inside Karnataka so have hindi states given employment to kannadigas in the north definitely not. I have so far not come across even one Kannadiga working in a post office in some remote north village but in every rural govt job of Karnataka you will find a hindi chap. Yes it creates imbalance in hiring of locals as positions are limited and the finger count positions goto north or any other outsider then the local has to either move out of the country or stay jobless at home with no future no marriage no respect no career no life nothing absolutely. How come all north people inspite of studying in sub standard colleges get placed in bangalore? It's influence. Even inside office atmosphere the outsiders don't speak English but use hindi which shows regionalism and unprofessionalism. You please make an effort to go through others opinions and not just mine then arrive at a conclusion but don't jump to a sudden conclusion. All over india in any job you won't find kannadigas. Just do a thorough check if you can. Definitely in other states you won't find. Is it that only your north zone people have all the skills in the world? Okay I agree you people are hard working and have all the skills and are better than us kannadigas then why couldn't your state govt create a conducive atmosphere for foreign investment and companies to set base in your hometown?? Why couldn't your state govts not be able to give you jobs in your own state inspite of your kind people being so highly skilled and hard working? Come on answer me.
