One week before Christmas we finally got our first snow, and a lot of it! It got a lot colder too but we bought some proper winter clothing and it feels fine.
We went to see the Zoolights at Calgary Zoo which was amazing and oh so cold! But still worth a visit especially with kids.
Tessa is loving the snow. We bought a sled and go out with it almost every day. We have signed her up for some ice skating lessons so stay tuned for that at the beginning of January.
This week we have also received our boxes from England so it really feels like home now.
Even with the snow and the freezing cold, we are loving it here in Calgary. There is so much to do and see, and there is a real feel of community. People are incredibly friendly and helpful too!
