Carrot cake is one of my favorite desserts, with a cup of coffee or tea, chef's kiss. Add some pineapple and pecans to really enrich it. @@SavannahSylver oh no!!!! Try doing a pumpkin bread or muffin next time, it is a fall 🍁 🌻 specialty, or pumpkin spice syrup for coffee, hot chocolate, or lattes. Here in America, there is a baking spray that comes with flour in it see if you can find that, or line the baking pan with parchment paper.

Now it’s being able to resist the temptation to throw “a lil sumthin’ in the oven” at a moments notice. Side note: a colleague in my industry just came back from her maiden trip to Japan visiting her son. She spent time in Okinawa & also visited Kyoto and she loved them both and said it’s must visit. .
I spent two weeks in Osaka (I also took a few day trips), and it was the most peaceful place I've ever been. I'm constantly debating moving to Japan. My mind was clear and my skin was immaculate!
