Hi Beth! Sometimes a break is what's needed. I just took a 6 month break after about 13 years of RISE & GRIND, GLAM SO HARD. Sometimes a break is needed to get clarity and simply rest mind, body, and spirit. We're not meant to run in 5th gear for years on end. I am in my last month of grad school, working a very stressful full-time job, moving, and attempting to get my finances in order -- needless to say, I fully agree with you! Nobody said it was easy, but it sure is worth it :) Loved the video!

I think I needed to hear this today. It is definitely a struggle mixing family, work, life, self-care and it's frustrating that plenty of times one thing or another kind of falls apart. I think taking a minute (and a breath) and then just getting back to it is all we can do because you're right, nobody said it was easy. We have to take care of ourselves but also we just have to push through and go for what we want.

Every time I watch your videos I feel happier and inspired to work hard. I know that you want to do so much but sometimes when we are creating something we refuse to delegate some of the responsibilities to other people. it is something I am working to improve on, to be able to not feel that I have to do everything myself. Ah I need those "nobody said it was easy" stickers!! I jsut received my first set out stickers in February and you are so right about the quality of them. They are amazing!! I am sefinitely going to start buying more regularly (well once I come back from my holiday in April). Anyway, my point is that your hard work on Paper & Glam is appreciated!!
