Some of this film was shot in the late summer of 1942, given the cinema featuring Miss Minniver, staring Walter Pidgeon.

Can anyone tell me what the Northern Mfg Company made in Negaunee? They showed all those women coming out the door with paychecks in hand.

This is before my time but my understanding is there was a Barassa family farm where the Iron Ore Heritage museum is now located and and the site of picnics of the Italian-American community.

It’s so weird to see the mather mine. That mine closed down a while ago and the building is now the high school
