12:05 its not tuna. Pstrąg means trout, Tuna in Polsih is Tuńczyk, u can also find łosoś which means salmon, Dorsz is cod and catfish is Sum. There is ofc more fishes but those are most popular in Poland

Greetings, take note that some prices are per kg. E.g. the prices of fish and meat that you read were per kg not for the package. A package is usually < 1kg, so then the lower price on the box is what you actually pay. Also "Pstrąg łososiowy" is a kind of trout, not salmon. It's called "łososiowy" because it has a similar color to salmon, but it's just an adjective. Pstrąg = trout.

Can you tell me about the rent culture there for students and what to pay for the first time? I read online that we must pay rent of 2 months and deposit and bills, how much do you think will cost over the original monthly rent?

From google: in warsaw dormitory is around 500-1000PLN, private offers start from 1000PN for bed in double room and bill should be included. Deposit depends on landlord i think if you have 3x of rent in pocket you will be fine. The cheapest cities in Poland: Kielce, Rzeszów, Bydgoszcz, Białystok, Łódź, Lublin so eastern Poland the most expensive will be Warszawa or Kraków

why hasnt Poland started using euro currency

Because we are observing other countries adopting euro currency they were struggling and regretted for many years. Poland has lot of gold in federal reserve. I think has something to do with (gold standard) fixed quantity of gold as standard economic unit. So Poland will not gain much to have euro currency plus with new EU migration policy polish citizens seriously thinking of POLEXIT.
