That’s amazing 🥺 When I was 6 I wanted to be a fashion designer too (This was my favorite movie, it was always so inspirational to me) I never got the chance to even learn how to sew and I lost interest, but found other things that made me happy and if you asked me last year I would say that I’d want to be an animator, voice actor, or linguist, maybe professional figure skater? I wanted to do fashion design in 10th grade just to heck it out yk? But I didn’t have the chance to as that class gets full very quickly. Now I’m a junior preparing for college and at the beginning of the year I found my love for fashion design again and began designing outfits, especially getting into figure skating and wedding dresses, they’re just so beautiful and can be so detailed, it’s incredible, now I’m taking fashion design at school and it’s the only thing I want to do. (Minus still skating and learning new languages on the side haha!)

I remember the old days (2011), when I was mocked and scoffed at by both my classmates and father for watching Barbie movies and playing with Barbie toys as I was a boy. I felt terrible when that happened but that did not not steer me from my affection for these movies; A Fashion Fairytale was the first Barbie movie I've ever watched which is why it is and always will be so special for me. After all these years, I am revisiting these movies and I have realised that Barbie is all about hope and believing in yourself when no one else does. Just because you're different or you don't follow the conventional norms doesn't mean that you're weird. You're unique and you'll always be unique. "Choose a fabric of your style; make it sweet or make it wild " It's all up to you. Don't let anyone tell you that Barbie is not meant for you. She is for anyone, who wants to dream, rise and be themselves.
Aw, bless you, love.❤️🥺 May I ask how old was you? When this film came out, I was like 12 or something so I was older but I didn't care. I love watching Barbie movies from a child till now!😂 Even though I don't really watch it now since the new version is yuck but I love the old version.
What's funny is the barbie movies inspired me to make a Marvel barbie crossover with a blonde haired girly girl named Daisy who made outfits and dresses was extremely girly and she would make things with beautiful designs and outfits and be this actual hero
0.06, my sister use to collect those magazine's since she was like around 6-7 years old till 12 years old or something. But she stopped buying it because they changed it like the verison of Barbie. She had a LOT. The magazines comes with posters so she post it everywhere in her room. Good memories. 😊😂😩😭
