Not going to lie: when I clicked on this message, I wasn't thrilled or excited to hear it. However, since then, I've listened to this message at least once a day. I've fallen in love with it and one of the reasons, besides that it's a great message, is that it uses current day/his own testimony of an answered prayer as a demonstration. So often we see people only quoting biblical miracles (which, it's church and reading from the Bible, so that makes sense), but to hear about a present-day "small" prayer answered, that felt like it took the message to another level. Thank you.
Heavenly Father, thank you for all YOU have been doing for me. Father, YOU know everything thats happening in my life right now. GOD, this is all too much for me. Too much. And I cant do this on my own. Please forgive me for worrying so much about my problems and letting my faith fade. Right now, I cast all my problems onto YOU. I give YOU all of my stress. I give YOU all of my burdens. Please take them from me and grant me with inner peace and serenity. Comfort my heart, give me strength to pull thru each day. Father I pray that you would open the eyes of Justin’s wife, let her see how much she’s hurting him and let that produce a godly grief that leads to repentance that they would both heal from this experience and give glory to you! I pray that healing would come swiftly and you would not delay. That this hurt Justin feels would be redeemed, set apart. That you would tell them they are not alone. That they are a couple for your glory that whatever ever may that they go through they would know that nothing, no nothing in all creation is able separate them from your love in Christ. Wondering how you all interpret and follow the Sabbath. If you HAVE to work on a Sunday, can you observe another day occasionally? Is it Midnight to Midnight or sun down to sun down? What are the rules, exactly? No commerce, right?
Tell the Story, You can follow the Sabbath on any day. It is usually Friday night to Saturday night. Back then they used the sun to tell when the Sabbath started. Sabbath traditionally was you did no work and you didn't go out. Hope that helps. Laura - Team LC
