Ave, it's good you decided to start a family in the PHL. I followed you and you are happiest in the PHL. Also being a new mom, you get lots of support from family. That's what I miss in the PHL. Here abroad, having a helper/reliever for new family is expensive.
It's nice to watch your vlogs with baby Tokyo as a family. Please give tips how to travel without depending on a travel tour guide. Hey Ave I'm following up y'all's progress & I heard you say she cries a lot. Not sure if I told you or you remember I was an emergency c section also & breastfed for few years. From birth to 5 months my daughter cries from 12 MN to 5 AM almost non stop. Hardest part of my life because I worked 3-11. When I put her on my chest I can feel her stomach tightening up. She had the worst belly discomfort . You would think as a breastfed she'll breeze through but it was the exact opposite. Then 26 years later I was walking in the park reading a book written by a doctor & he said because the baby didn't pass through the birth canal she didn't get the immunity that a mom has as a protective thing during natural birth process so their gut where most of our immunity is centered didn't get that critical immunity so you can imagine why they're uncomfortable during the first few months. It'll get better though. Just eat organic pre & probiotics because you'll pass it to her via your milk. As always enjoy the most wonderful moments. You'll be surprised how fast they grow.

Now you have that critical piece of information and you can use that to alleviate her discomfort. ❤️ also with Martin, speaking to her in Norwegian with those black and white objects and just mainly speaking his language Tokyo will be trilingual because her brain is rapidly forming and she can absorb anything and everything this first five years, she can also speak her other native language, which is bikolano. my children can only speak English. I should have trained them how to speak Tagalog and bicol but that's another thing that I learned late in life.

Hi ave , I just want to share with you what I ate when I breastfeed my baby more than 30yrs ago , I eat kamoteng kahoy porridge with a little bit of brown sugar or honey, you'll see, you'll have a lot of milk the next day, so you continue to eat it every 3days , just cubes the kamoteng kahoy in your preferred size then boil, when cooked add sugar or honey then enjoy , take care

My first child (son)during his first & second month,he cried all the time especially at night,he’s awoke,in he morning he’s asleep. In my experienced during 1&2nd month,babies can’t able to see yet. You will notice if he’s starting to see,he’s noticing a colorful things and glances at it. So for me it’s just normal if she cried a lot,it will just be temporary,once she sees things around,she’ll learned to appreciate the colorful things around her.

Martin, when you hold the baby in the baby bjorn, it’s kinda what Ave was like being pregnant, minus the organs being squished, bladder being pushed and kicked, skin being stretched, baby forming and growing the baby…. Ok so maybe it’s nothing like being pregnant! 😂

have you tried the bumco bum brush for applying rash and excema cream and sunscreen it's silicone and is great for keeping it off your fingers and under nails. it's a lifesaver
Babies always sleep whenever the vehicle starts running. I used to drive our owner or private jeep in stick shift around our subdivision to put our youngest brother to sleep.

When you guys start travelling witth Tokyo its gonna test your patience with one another lol. Just the baggage alone with the car seat and stroller is insane lol. But the memories are what makes all the pagod go away.
