Very nice house. May I suggest cleaning the surroundings from debris in the grounds already? There might be predators like snakes roaminf..just precaution as you child is playing outside a lot.

It's a beautiful simple life you have and love the simple house you guys are building . I'm just concerned about the coconut trees that are too closed around your house specially the one by your balcony. Are you guys considering of cutting them off ?

Why not make the walls concrete to withstand the strong typhoon? It will costs more. You'll have to dig to make a thicker foundation for the house.

This can withstand typhoon too, expensive and faster to build plus it fits our current budget.

Nivy, napamahal ka na sa amin. Advice lang namin ay i secure mo mabuti bahay nyo pag nakatira na kayo duon. Put double lock to your doors and alarm in case someone wants to break your house and harm you. Payo lang ito dahil mahal namin ang pamilya mo.

Hello. We have a good baker in Valencia she specialized in Western and Filipino bread for Interracial family like us! In Valencia Negros Oriental. I forgot the name of her bakery but it’s besides Marco’s supermarket.
