Thanks for this video. I heard about it on the recent russel crowe JRE. Very familiar with TJ, will they let you provide your own transportation or do they require the Sheraton and transport, etc? Also hows it been going since this? I looked for the update video but didn't find anything. I've been dealing with sciatica since I was 16 (35 now) from L5-S1 bulge. Got the initial bulge 5mm removed 2015 then it blew out again in 2021 13mm and got a revision. The only other next step I have is the highly invasive disc replacement or fusion, which if you ask me is old timey and is known to not work well, but brings in $$$. I work with doctors as my clients so I get to hear a lot of unbiased non-patient setting discussions with surgeons and it's hilarious (sad) how much they tell me to steer clear of fusion until at least your 50's (not sure why 50's, guess they figure the less time you have a fusion the better). My nerve has been damaged permanently so there will be no change from the pain I currently feel every day even if I were to get the disc replacement or fusion and I've been looking at stem cells for over 10 years now but to my knowledge it was only ever available in Israel or Thailand, the good stem cells, umbilical, not the blood type they currently allow in the US. It's also upsetting that my surgeon can't even talk about stem cells, it's like they have a gag order, I get smiles and a changed subject whenever I bring it up in patient setting, I even tease him sometimes and keep bringing it up to be annoying just to make a point. Anyways, yeah dealing with this every day is highly depressing, thanks for adding that number to your vid, it really shows you understand the gravity of this issue. Did you deal with sciatica from your bulge? If so how have the injections worked on that? Thanks again.
