Hi I've been following you since years after looking at your everyday diet it's always comprised of Carbs though you eat veggies most of them consists carbs as macro nutrient than the rest your diet lacks protein idk if your taking any other supplements for protein but i would like to suggest you a protein rich diet basing on my personal experience Pls do checkout this We need protein acc to 10% of body weight if a person weighs 60kg he needs 60g of protein daily so accordingly we need to plan our protein intake For Breakfast 7-8am - 2 whole eggs or 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites boiled/omlet + small bowl of boiled roll oats Around 10am - soaked almonds 4 , walnuts 2, pista -6(helps in digestion and increases sleeping) Around 11am - 1 cup of yogurt(homemade without any flavour recommended) Lunch - rice small bowl + 100g of paneer(as you are a vegetarian) + mixed veggies+ leafy vegetables (spinach recommended) 4pm - glass of milk + whey protein 1 scoop (gives around 30g of protein) At night any light indian meal without too much carbs Before 8pm This was suggested by my Doctors after my blood tests that i don't have enough b12 and vit d and borderline deficiency in many other vital vitamins The moment we stop we feeding our body carbs unnecessarily all of our health problems resolve automatically Please give it a try or else discuss with your nutritionist/doctor once Thankyou hope this is helpful

@@sharanyaslifestylevlogs and also I think you are diabetic if you are still in beginning I would highly suggest you to visit Dr.Mohans diabetes centre when you visit India , trust me they will reverse your diabetes within months ,my father have diabetes from 15 years his h1bac used to be 10-12.6 from past 13-14 years visited number of specialists and nothing worked one of our family doctor suggested to visit Dr Mohan's and thought why not give it a try as my father was diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy due to high uncontrollable sugar for more than 10 years , after using medicine there within a month h1bac came to 8.8 something that never happened before , from 12.6- 8.8 within a month for someone whose sugar levels were never below 400 for past 10 years is a miracle , so next time you visit India pls consult dr.mohans diabetes (I know I sound like promoting that chain but no I seriously don't want anyone to surrender for diabetes especially young gen like you) so please keep in mind about this and share your thoughts with your family in India I hope this Info is also helpful for you ! Hope you got my reply mail. Actually his contract is now changed and he got a new work from home contract. At times he needs to travel to other countries. Rest of the time he'll work from home. When kids are not well, i will take a holiday if he's not at home. Rest of the days the kids leave to school half an hour before I leave to my school and Anshika comes back half an hour after I reach home. Avantika comes in the evening. Its just 4 months course. Yea ma.. he was the one who was consistently asking me to do this. Hoping to get a job in a couple of years
Hi Sharanya, very inspiring video and definitely you have taken a very good move. Yes cooking is a passion for many women but compared to the time we have to spend with our family, we cannot aspire cooking as our career, unless sufficient support system exist. A 9-5pm job would be more suitable, all the best to your efforts. 👍

In Germany there has no English school..it is less compared to other foreign countries..even most of the people speaks germen language..less people speaks in English ..this is a big drawback on this country...in UK, Canada , USA.. English is the common language...
This is not a drawback, its to be expected to speak the language of the country u live in. Also its not true that there are no English speaking schools, there plenty of but they are private ones
