is early childhood education is different in early childhood education management course? or the same? what school you take diploma in Alberta? as level 3 you supervise or you teach? or only supervision?

Goverment top ups and basic pay vary depending on one's certification. Sorry I couldn't provide you with the exact wages as different centres offer different basic salaries, benefits and bonuses. As for duties, basically a level 3 ECE can supervise an entire daycare operation or they work as leads or some as usual educators but receive higher wages.
