One thing I must say, Ali AS was always by the side of the prophet pbuh during uhud. He never parted the prophet and never thought he was raised like jesus pbuh.

Haven't you heard the Hadith where Rasulullah says whoever joins me will be my Khalifa and only Ali accepts? If Rasulullah makes someone a Khalifa can the ummah decide to make someone else a Khalifa instead? Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman are shining stars of Jannah, but the one who loved Rasulullah and Allah and was loved by Rasulullah and Allah is none other than Ali. The Sahaba envy Ali like the Anbiya envy the final and greatest Rasul. Musa cried when he learned Rasulullah was more beloved by Allah than him, why is to hard accept Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman all cried the same when they learned Ali was more beloved than them? May Allah soften our hearts and open our gates.
