Hello, maybe my case is not a good example for you if you’re joining SQ, most of the foreign cabin crew lives in Pasir Ris/Tampines/Tanah Merah/Bedok/Simei/Punggol/Sengkang, average price for common room is 1000$ at the moment, if you get 900$ I would say it’s a good deal and if it’s below it’s very cheap!
