Dnb paeds is worst there they refer every complicated case the reason is the consultant they get salary from the govt and commission from private hospitals from referring patients so paeds is literally the worst to learn. In railway people is nice to your face but learning wise it will be a mistake to join there.
I got a 12k rank in neet 2021 and want to do dnb general surgery So please tell how is the acedemic there and how is the hands on for surgeries for dnb residents?? Thanks in advance...
@Aditya K Aithal railway hospital OT is good but trust me no academics this guy who is giving lecture in this video I have met him personally during my internship there very polite and all but bro nobody gives a shit about interns and pgs there. They are there to do their job. Nobody will teach you shit this same guy you will see him there with nice smile and conversation but you will have to run after them to learn and even after doing so you will get nothing.
U can do gen surg for that u need to complete 1 yr probation and get the seat on all india or state basis and aaply for 3 year leave . Or after completing 2 year service u will get sponsorsher seat in afmce through railway
If you give UPSC CMS exam than u will get ADMO post ..for Direct DMO u need to have pg with 2 year of experience and thier is separate exam for DMO ,and this exam happen depend on vacancy present or not . U can chk it for upsc.gov.in
