The animals certainly takes up a lot of my day. And the seasonal farm and gardening jobs like stacking wood, starting seeds, and making soil from the old hay and all the manure takes up a lot of my remaining time. ☺️ but I love it and wouldn’t want it any other way.

I split up there food so it takes much longer for them to eat (often over an hour to find all the grain) which is good for their digestion. Also this way everyone has a fair chance.
