That's got to be footage of a real actor in a costume, right? A real Mars EVA suit would look something like the xEMU's for the Artemis mission: It would have more rigid components, thicker walls, and be more puffed out from the pressure differential. The portions around the astronaut's hands would definitely not be so thin. It would also need a big backpack to house all the life support equipment. Those are traits that would be easy to add to CG character, but not to a costume worn by an actor.
Whenever I see anything resembling the Starship designed for Earth landing on Mars I just have to laugh. Assuming it will look even remotely similar is as stupid as the assumption the lunar variant would look similar, and we all know the HLS is vastly different and will be even more different by the time it even touches the lunar surface. Anything landing on Mars will look even more different.
