I'm so sorry it's been a while since I haven't uploaded any videos here on RU-vid. Just so you guys know, I never forget about you. 😊

Thats right, we shower every other day or minsan after 2 days pagod din byahe then use shower points pg meron mahal kaya $15-18

Tama ka friend . Pag pagod kna halos wla kna time mag shower . Tama ka mahal dn. Mostly loves ako unlimited kaso mnsan sa iba ka napnta na truck stop mapilitan ka magbyd eh Ang mahal hehe. Trucker ka dn pla. Keep safe you guys ❤️😊

I never really thought about how challenging it might be to find nice places to stop and shower when you're on the road so much. It must feel great after a couple of days of not having one to be all clean and fresh! Driving for so many hours is harder work than anyone might realize, it can be draining. Please make sure you're getting the sleep you need to be safe out there also. You sometimes eat better than I do, being one person makes it challenging at times. Truckers are the reason we have all the things that are available in the stores we shop in, too! Nothing just shows up on those shelves magically, so thank you for all you do!

We don't get showers everyday but we do what we call bird baths every morning. If at a truck stop we use the restroom and wash face n such and brush teeth. If we are on site for delivery I'll warm up water and use our bath bowl in the truck. We shower about every 2 to 3 days.

I do the same friend. What’s important is brush teeth . I also use wipes that I get from the truck stop. Those are helpful.

When it's the cold of winter, the next best thing to do I guess is resort to baby wipes, I guess that gives you at least a little comfort until you have a full shower..but what do I know. I guess it comes with the job aye..

That’s what I do bro. We have showers wipes available at truck stop. There are areas on the road that no shower facilities. So wipes was the best options

Buy a Camping shower and pop shower tent , shower behind the sleeper cab … add a table spoon of baking soda to water to keep it fresh .. want a warm shower get a black pouch shower let it hang out in the sun for an hour or so. Gets buckets with a toilet seat for shitter Did this for years while on the road had a shitter and shower everyday..

Good question! Im not totally fit. Being a trucker it’s so hard to maintain a healthy life style. I eat nothing but I set boundaries . Limit and control

It is my understanding that TRUCK DRIVERS/RIG DRIVERS are given "hotel" allowance by the company they work for so they can shower and change. This one I heard from a truck driver who travels and delivers interstate goods. Besides, considering the fact that truck drivers travel for days (not just hours) to deliver goods to its destination that a "hotel" accommodation is warranted. Am I right or wrong?

It is so nice to see you still trying your best to cook food yourself and not just keep on buying ready to eat foodstuffs ..though i understand if some have no choice bec.of lack of time, 🤗..but still cooking from time to time is a good idea.👍👏.You can enjoy food that you love most😂🤩! So true! That’s why I cook coz the food at truck stop is not that great, expensive , and not really healthy. As a trucker ,I always try to choose to find a better meal. 😊

The convenience and access of being able to take a bath or shower have been easily taken for granted. I am sure that there are many who didn't think that it wasn't as convenient for individuals like yourself who work in the trucking field. My take is that hygiene is very important to me. There's always a way to stay fresh without being smelly. Here's Brad Pitt's secret to staying fresh: When you're a working actor and dad to six, you've got to improvise when trying to stay fresh-at least according to Brad Pitt. "He shared that when you're sweating and don't have time to take a shower, you just take a baby wipe and rub it under your armpits."

The way I see it, my native people aka Indians from the Navajo tribe; the men work and provide and showering seldomly is an understanding. Granite, they sponge bath goes a way as my daddy/grandpa would say but a full shower is priceless. Stay bless and be safe.

According to Harvard Health , most people only need a shower a few times per week , or even twice per week unless their job etc causes them to get very dirty and grimy. So you’re doing fine! 👍😊🌷

Most don't take a shower everyday most don't work hard enough to worry that much about it but those dude wipes, baby wipes help out but if you are not doing physical labor and all your doing is sitting in a seat driving down the road not a lot of point in worrying about it since you didn't get dirty and did not sweat all day to smell!

Truly, if you're worried about the smells inside the truck.Get you some lavender or you know you can do vinegar wipe down will take away the odors. You're gonna see some beautiful sites cause👍 colorado. And Utah and Bozeman Montana are beautiful areas...❤🙏
