A life review is one of the most common occurrences during an NDE (Near Death Experience). These can take really different forms, from just seeing a few scenes, to seeing their whole lives again, moment by moment. They often also get to see their lives from the eyes of others who have been affected, negatively or positively by them. But whatever form it takes, most say it is one of the most impactful events of their whole lives. Without having an NDE ourselves, we can still learn a lot from listening to those who have, and by considering how we may measure our lives at the end of them.
