I was incarcerated for 15 years and 9 months. Charged with first-degree murder, I went to trial 3 times before being convicted. Eleven years later my case was overturned because of prosecutorial misconduct and illegal evidence. A month before my scheduled date to start fourth trial I was able to walk out as a free man. Its wild to see the state give a 15 or 16 yr old LIFE in prison. The Youths life are gone. Maybe 15 or 20 yrs for unalived but life is crazy.

Good video. Re: magic - it's dope to teach that to your kids, bro. There's simple ones/tutorials online. Makes their gears turn and teaches them instincts and to question (to watch out for the, "tricks"). When they get older, move on to carnival games/scams. Good life experience.

Cases like this really highlight the massive moral dilemmas that can arise in court. The guys is clearly guilty..everyone knows it, but the evidence is weak. Should the person be found guilty if the evidence is weak...even though they are clearly guilty? I think in murder/capital cases, yes, they should go to prison. But since the evidence is so weak...can you really say that reasonable doubt has been met? Considering it from a moral perspective, I don't think that anyone should go free on a murder due to what is essentially a technicality.

I've been hung up for something I never did but felt like, for all the things I got away with .. so morally, of course murder is wrong. On the other hand, we have to have a system that stays the same for all, every time. Or we really don't have much of a system. So I see both your points for sure.
