Also the deaths that DID occur under those regimes were from famine bc both countries were ALREADY susceptible to famine prior to their revolutions. @@paulthiessen6444 Very few. Going by another documentary (I believe on this channel) the book sold so poorly that the publisher refused to publish a second book he'd written. Once he'd become Chancellor they started giving them out to newlyweds, to workers ect. A lot of people read a little bit of it and just put it on their shelves and never touched it again.
