Koala Bear weight gain doesn’t mean that someone isn’t doing those things, sometimes it’s a natural part of life, for example (like in Mel’s case) as someone’s body transitions from a teenage one to an adult one. Weight gain isn’t always negative and doesn’t always reflect bad choices! It can be a healthy thing

When you said you always felt like you were always going to have anxiety because you're a caring person it actually hit me and made me feel better, my ex told me I care too much that I give myself anxiety I don't know why I should be trying so hard to change that about myself thanks 💓 I appreciate your videos💕

I think you look amazing, honestly. And I love that you don’t seem to be beating yourself up a lot about the weight gain because as women it’s normal our weights to fluctuate, and like you’d said, you were medically speaking underweight. I hope you feel happy and healthy regardless of what your weight is (as long as it’s a normal weight for your height), because the right people will notice that first in you. 💛

Yeah I definitely relate to being “too caring”. There’s things that are not even a thought to some people can be terribly anxiety inducing to our kind and it’s impossible to explain! If anyone I remotely care about is off in the slightest, it’s sickening to me and I just worry about what they’re upset about. Like to the point where I care about their mood more than they do. It’s hard..
