Thank you for this amazing experience. It is one of the most enlightening videos I have watched on communicating with the other side. Having lost my daughter in April of 2022 I have seen mediums but want to be able to connect with her myself which I know with every fiber of my being is possible and now I feel that I have the tools to begin to practice. Grateful for the authenticity of both of you. The teachings and subsequent learning from today’s episode , is so very real, balancing science and the metaphysical. I appreciated the honest skepticism and the guests exploration of both right and left brain ways of knowing, and her journey of learning to find the balance and lean into her intuition as a legitimate way of knowing as well. It was so useful to me as I attempt to stretch my own bandwidth and challenge my own limited thoughts in order to create the kind of presence and playfulness to stay connected with those I love, both of this time and those on the other side. Wonderful interview. Cheryl is authentic, articulate and pragmatic, and I appreciate her rational scientist's mind. I too lost the love of my life suddenly; it is a particular kind of searing pain that leaves you with so many questions. Thanks Stephen for letting Cheryl speak, and for these podcasts.

Regarding the exercise, I would like to bring up the following: in the first part, we were prompted to change the color to a specific one given by Cheryl, while the second time around, we were just asked to change the color on our own. I wonder what the outcome would have been if we had received consistent prompting, with Cheryl suggesting the colors as she did the first time.
