It needs interpretation.....u guys aren't into regular drills else u would had have the procedure by heart....you tube video band kijiye, pehle khud sikhiye,else aapka video apke family wale dekh rahe honge.... Lol that toggle pin didnt look like it was coming out easily. Why would someone manually release the lifeboat? Incase the automatic release doesnt work? Or is it primarily for drill purposes? In this case you would need to roll out the embarkation ladder before lowering to deck.
