You're nuts man!!!!! Holy shit!!! Little tachy there bro. Would have been funny if you accidentally hit the shock button. Thought the LP 300's had paddles, I must have confused it with the LP 11.
Doing that to a heathy heart will kill you. My mum narrowly avoided getting killed by one of these when a stupid doctor did not give the warning that he was going to shock the patiant & mum was still doing something with them.
Battery packs were shot when I took ownership. Separated the battery pack case with a utility knife or something similar. Generic 12volt square cells inside if i recall.
Actually two 6v cells connected in series to create 12 volts, I was going to carefully separate it with a knife as well and then it fell off the shelf I had it on and broke a corner off exposing the batteries so I just went ahead and pried the rest of the bottom off
You could have shocked ur self safely, simply set the monitor to synchronised to your heart beat so that you can shock ur self properly,if this monitor have no SYNC button then....:(
The 300 was mainly designed for use by BLS trained folks with a manual override for when ALS folks arrive on scene so therapy isn’t delayed by having to switch to another monitor, so it doesn’t have a sync mode
